About

  Born  1984 in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. 

 She studied at the St. Neaga College of Music, graduating in 2004, and  continued her education at  the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts in Chisinau, where   she  studied with  Tatiana Busuioc, Master of Arts, graduating in 2008.

Her operatic roles to date include:

​

Floria Tosca in Tosca ( G. Puccini)  with   Prague State Opera

​

 Countess  Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro ( W.A Mozart) with  National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Chisinau

​

 Desdemona in Otello ( G. Verdi)  with National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Chisinau

​

 Mimi in La Boheme  ( G.Puccini)  with National Opera and Ballet Theatre of  Chisinau

​

 Liu in Turandot ( G.Puccini) on tour in Germany with  National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Chisinau

​

Leonora in Il Trovatore  (G.Verdi) with National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Chisinau

She received  a Special Mention for the Best Female Debut for her performance as Amelia in  Un  ballo  in maschera ( G. Verdi) at the  Iasi National Opera Gala in Romania.

In 2009 she attended  Bel canto master classes with the Romanian  soprano Mariana Nicolesco. Since  2010 she has been engaged as a soloist  with the  Chisinau National Opera and Ballet Theatre ''Maria Biesu'' making her professional debut  in the role of Countess Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro  ( W.A Mozart).

 In 2022 she made her successful  UK debut with Bath Opera as Tosca in Tosca (G.Puccini), performing in English. That same year, she made her house debut at the   Prague  State Opera as Floria Tosca . In March 2025, she sang her first Manon Lescaut ( G.Puccini) at the  Prague  State Opera, and in September 2025 she made her house debut at Oper Frankfurt in the same role.

Over course of  her career, she has  collaborated with conductors including: 

 Andriy Yurkevych , Nicolae Dohotaru , Alexander Samoila , Manuel Busto , Cristian Florea , Akiro Mori , Peter Blackwood , Ondre Olos , Vincenzo Milletari, and Simone di Felice.
